    The College of Nursing is seeking candidates for a 12- month, full-time, Psychiatric-Mental Health nursing position for its BSN program. This position is for the College's Phoenix campus.

    Faculty responsibilities will include classroom instruction in the undergraduate program, clinical and simulation teaching/supervision of undergraduate students in acute care psychiatric and community-based health settings, curriculum development, and academic advising. Other faculty responsibilities include those associated with service and scholarship commensurate with the CON standards of performance and university expectations.     Qualifications
    • Candidates must possess at least a master's degree in nursing. An earned doctorate or enrollment in a doctoral program is preferred.
    • 2 years of clinical nursing experience in mental health nursing.
    • Must have experience in the acute care psychiatric setting.
    • Flexibility to function in both the acute care psychiatric setting and the community-based psychiatric setting is preferred.
    • Ideally, candidates will have experience in classroom and simulation instruction and clinical supervision.
    • Candidates must have a current unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state of Arizona, or eligibility for licensure.
