    We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to work with the ERP team and act as a liaison between different departments. The BA is responsible for the configuration, design and development of custom solutions supporting RLG's ERP application landscape. This individual should have extensive experience with ERP systems. This experience should not only be in a support role, but also implementing such systems in a manufacturing environment.

    Travel may be required and will vary as determined by the needs and location of assigned projects.

    Responsibilities:
    • Work with end users to analyze and interpret business requirements, provide customized solutions within the core system while offering industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with teammates to achieve end user satisfaction, resolve issues in a timely fashion and ensure project objectives are being met.
    • Develop strong relationships with end users by providing both engagement and technical leadership.
    • Deliver end user training on software modules and business processes.
    • Document and oversee the documentation of business processes, business mapping, business requirements, training documentation and meeting notes.
    • Participate in regular project meetings and provide timely progress reports to management stakeholders; assess project risks and report on them for timely mitigation.
    • Map processes and set standards for proper software use.
    • Work one-on-one with end users as necessary to ensure proper and consistent system use and to correct misuse.
    • Handle support tickets for ERP systems.
    • Assist in QA testing for custom applications.
    • Ensure that all data and workflows perform as expected prior to go-lives and upgrades.
    Qualifications:
    • BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant business experience.
    • 6+ years' experience as Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
    • Label or packaging printing industry experience is required.
    • Experience implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
    • Exposure to manufacturing, shop floor production, scheduling systems with a strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing terminology.
    • Experience with Radius Suite or LabelTraxx a plus.
    • Collaborative team player with excellent organizational, communication, written and problem-solving skills.
    • Prior experience facilitating successful training to internal customers.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage customer expectations in accordance with those priorities.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage individual and project-wide scope of work.
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in cross functional, cross cultural, and geographically dispersed teams.
    • Must be organized, thorough, and have superior communications skills on both a technical and non-technical level.
    • Ability to work independently and manage tasks and projects as assigned to meet deadlines.
