    Job Description:

    You are:

    A strong customer support individual focused on assisting our internal departments and third party vendors out in the field who will work with the team receiving inbound calls from our field technicians working with our clients nationwide. You are committed to championing new ideas, strategies or concepts to ensure that the business is retained and the client is satisfied.

    The wage range for this position is $15 to $18 / hour, with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job.

    You will:

    • Answer inbound calls from Service Technicians and Third Party Vendors
    • Troubleshoot issues
    • Process incoming emails daily
    • Utilize SAP to research contracts and to order meters and/or equipment replacements
    • Provide excellent communication and follow-up with Service Reps, Client Service Managers, Field Supervisors
    • You must adapt to situations that require a strong customer service aptitude

    Your background:

    • 1 year customer service experience within a team environment receiving inbound phone calls
    • Experience in quickly shifting focus from one task to another
    • Experience in follow up through phone, fax, and email correspondence to answer questions and provide resolutions to any issues out in the field
    • Must be PC literate (MSWord/Excel/Outlook) and experienced in documenting field activities, customer information, and using Service Max and/or SFDC
