**Job Description**
**Independence Title Company in Houston, Texas,** a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an **_experienced_** **_Commercial Escrow Officer_** . Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
**The Commercial Escrow Officer is responsible for:**
+ Working closely with clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner.
+ Processing file from beginning to end, preparing Settlement Statement and all other closing documents necessary for a commercial transaction.
+ Ordering updates from the underwriter and determine clearance to close.
+ Meeting with clients to execute closing and complete necessary paperwork
+ Participating in Marketing/Entertainment to successfully build and maintain customer base

**Qualifications:**
+ A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Minimum of 5 years of commercial escrow experience, as a Commercial Escrow Officer, is required.
+ Comfortable with technology.
+ Microsoft Suite proficient.
+ This is not a work-from-home position.
