Job summary

This position is in the Army Contract Writing System
(ACWS) program. The Incident Manager will assist in leading the Service Desk team that supports the ACWS application.

This managerial role focuses on overseeing the entire incident management lifecycle to ensure minimal service disruption to the Army Contracting Enterprise.
