HR Specialist - Salt Lake City, United States - NICE
Description
Location:
Salt Lake City, UT (hybrid work schedule; in office 2 days / week, at home 3 days / week)
The primary responsibilities of the contractor will include:
Conducting audits of our benefit and payroll records to identify discrepancies and errors.
Implementing corrective measures to rectify inaccuracies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Assisting with day-to-day tactical tasks related to benefit administration, payroll processing, and employee inquiries.
Managing the communications between employees and HR team.
Ideally, we are seeking a candidate who possesses:
Proven experience in project management.
Proficiency in auditing procedures and error resolution techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
ADP Vantage experience highly preferred.
Oracle and MS Excel experience preferred.
This will be a 1099 contract position - no benefits are available to a person accepting this position.
