The ideal candidate will have 1 year of RN experience required an Associate's degree in Nursing Associates Degree required or Bachelor's in Science in Nursing preferred Texas registered nurse license BLS certification ACLS PALS certifications within six months of hire must be obtained You will collaborate with all other healthcare disciplines to achieve successful execution of the patient's plan-of-care and goals of the department Serves as a professional role-model interfaces directly with patients families physicians staff Continues to monitor assess patient's physical condition emotional social needs Refines plan-of-care ensures achievement desired goals patient facility outcomes You develop approve unit schedules according to staffing guidelines Coordinate employees attendance scheduled required education programs Interpret hospital personnel policies physician nursing staff patients visitors related individuals Complete incident reports paperwork timely Maintain complete records accurate Maintain accurate assignment records Assign staff abilities skills level acuity Ensure quality care maintain continuity high-quality care Treats patients their unique cultural backgrounds All actions reflects integrity compassion respect diversity inclusion."}
