    Job Responsibilities
    Under general supervision, performs varied and routine domestic cleaning, maintenance, or other custodial or grounds maintenance duties as needed.

    Minimum and Additional Requirements
    Experience in custodial, housekeeping, or pest control work that is directly related to the area of employment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    A high school diploma and two (2) years related work experience; or 10th grade education + 3 years related work experience.

    Knowledge and skill in using cleaning tools and equipment and safety practices. Ability to keep accurate records and follow instructions.

    Additional Comments

    Ability to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions, knowledge of safe cleaning practices, and ability to keep accurate written records; report problems and concerns to supervision immediately.

    Duties include climbing stairs and working from elevated levels.

    Duties frequently require pushing custodial carts with supplies and trash, lifting up to 50 lbs., stooping, bending, and working in awkward positions.

    Tasks also involve working with power equipment with moving parts, including exposure to hazardous waste materials, caustic substances, or paint fumes.
