Overview and Essential Functions
A successful Accounts Payable Coordinator shall help lead the department's efforts to ensure integrity in the low of payable documents for timely receipt, processing, and payment, as well as process improvements within the department.
At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge in general office and accounts payable functions, an understanding of accounts payable processes, proficiency in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with an emphasis on Microsoft and Google office tools; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment, ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data; a strong ability of tracking, monitoring, and follow-up skills are required.
In order to perform this job, you must dfemonstrate, either by training or experience:Responsibilities:
To be considered for this position, a candidate must possess the ability to sit for long periods of time, while using repetitive and/or fine hand movements to complete computer related tasks and/or other office functions.
