    Business Development Executive Job Description

    Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team and help them grow thier business. Our ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in outside sales, relationship management, and new business development. This position will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing customer relationships.
    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and other activities.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
    • Analyze customer needs and develop custom solutions.
    • Negotiate and close deals.
    • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
    • Research and stay current on industry trends and customer needs.
    • Monitor customer feedback and track customer satisfaction.
    • Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
    • Assist in developing marketing plans and strategies.
    • Attend networking events and trade shows.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
    Requirements:
    • 3-7 years of outside sales, relationship management, and new business development experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and trust quickly.
    • Proficient in using computers and other software.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and customer needs.
    • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
