    The Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering a knowledgeable, warm and truly remarkable spa treatment to our guests ensuring everyone leaves feeling better.

    The Massage Therapist must have a passion for massage therapy and provide curated recommendations for home care

    The Nitty-Gritty: What exactly you will be doing...
    • Perform massages, being well versed in a variety of modalities, retaining both protocol and product knowledge
    • Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language. Be able to adjust your service and treatment as necessary as a result of this communication.
    • Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, mixing and portioning spa product in accordance with state board standards.
    • Follow guest service, treatment and presentation standards
    • Prepare treatment product and supplies for each guest and be able to make recommendations for treatments and home care products to meet their needs
    • Assist with additional job-related tasks as directed by Leadership

    Background must-have:
    • Communicate effectively at all times, with customers as well as all levels of employees

    • Must be able to distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change
    • Review and comprehend all necessary documentation
    • Use the equipment associated with the position, including but not limited to exercise equipment, spa facilities, cash register and computer scheduling system
    • Effectively and efficiently move around work area
    • Work physical in nature and requires the ability to balance, bend, carry, climb stairs and ladders, crawl, reach, squat and twist. These actions are required in order to assist guests in the proper use of equipment and to perform other job duties.
    • Lift up to 60 pounds and push and pull up to 100 pounds of towels, equipment and supplies
    • Operate in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of cold, heat, wet/humid conditions, crowds and noise. Incumbents are at times subject to hazards such as slippery conditions. Proper safety precautions are taken. This position occasionally works outside and is subject to all weather conditions. Proper clothing is provided.
    • Minimum 1 year experience as a Massage Therapist in a resort spa environment
    • Minimum age of 21.
    • Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in The United States
    • Valid Nevada State Board Massage License
    Recommended nice-to-have
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Massage Therapist in a resort spa environment
