DIRECTOR OF REHABILITATION JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF ALL ASPECTS OF REHABILITATION SERVICES MAINTAINING A CLINICAL CASeload RECruiting and RETAINing all REHABILITATION SERVICE PERSONNEL PROMOTING POSITIVE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS BY FACILITATING AN ATMOSPHERE OF OPEN COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING CONDUCTING PERFORMANCE REVIEWS OF ALL REHABILITATION SERVICE PERSONNEL MONITORING PERSONnel COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS TAKING CORRECTIVE ACTION WHEN NEEDED ASSURING ACCURACY IN BILLING MEETING PROGRAM STANDARDS IDENTIFYNG DEVELOPMENT NEEDS FOR THE COMMUNITY IMPLEMENTng APPROPRIATE PROGRAMS developing clinical AFFILIATIONS WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONs FOLLOWng UP ON RESIDENT RELATED ISSUES REVIEWIng QUALITY AND APPROPRIATENESS OF TOTAL SERVICES DELIVERED.
