- Identify and facilitate continuous improvement opportunities, training and workshops driving cultural change by analyzing business data and implementing industry best practices
- Act as a change agent within the business to educate and influence Team members on process implementation and improvements
- Work with the businesses to identify process opportunities to improve quality, customer service levels, unit cost, safety and compliance
- Support lean initiatives in all program areas, focused on process improvement to improve quality and reduce waste with clear measurable outcomes
- Leads and facilitates Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements
- Assist Manufacturing Engineering in Work cell and production line balancing, line layout design, time and motion studies.
- Develop, deliver and present countermeasure reports that follow the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) methodology.
- Develop and conduct compliance audits and drive corresponding actions, ensuring that change is sustainable
- Develops business case justification for projects and initiatives
- Leverage resources and share best practices across all programs
- Tracks and analyzes the CI initiatives
- Building cultural change throughout the organization
- Work with customers, suppliers and all levels of management staff
