Infinia Search is looking for a Business Development Professional

(on-site)

for their Highly Respected, people first culture Law Firm Client in New Jersey. This role will report directly to the CMO.

This Law Firm is seeking an exceptional, innovative and high-level Business Development Manager to majorly contribute to the Firm's growth strategies.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities :
Work with the Firm's leadership to development strategies and a business plan that will grow the Firm's reach and client base
Develop Client Proposals for the Leadership, Partners, Directors and Attorneys.
Client Prospecting
Competition Research
Business, Legal and Economic Trend Analysis
Continue to cultivate current client growth
Fantastic Work Culture
Looking for people that want to grow their career with them.
Hours Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm –

On-site. (Haddonfield, NJ)
Business Development Manager Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
A minimum of 5 years of Business Development. (With most of that experience being in a Law Firm)
High Emotional Intelligence along with responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness
Deadline Driven
High accountability to Business goals
Ability to engage strategically and align all levels of the Firm to be strategic partners in attaining said goals
High sense of responsibility, accountability, and focus on responsiveness
MS Office suite
Some minimal travel to Firm's other locations
