- Bachelor's degree in business, preferably in supply chain management; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in the Apparel/Gear supply chain discipline, with a focus on development, sourcing, or operations.
- 7+ years of experience leading teams in a supply chain discipline environment.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with a strong understanding of data analytics in supply chain management.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%, including some annual international travel (about 10%).
- Current US passport holder or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
