IAM EHRM Analyst (Remote) at GovCIO in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview GovCIO is currently hiring for an IAM EHRM Analyst to to serve as the primary provisioning analyst for the Electronic Health Record Modernization program.

This position will be fully remote. Responsibilities + Develop and maintain IAM

• EHRM Requirements Specificationdocuments,integration Requirements Specification documents, and integration system designdocuments + LeadIAM-EHRMintegration analysis + Coordinateelaboration ofIAM EHRMservice requests to includemeeting withEHRMapplications, documenting use cases, and documentingrequirements + Develop and maintain IAM
• EHRMuse casesand activitydiagrams + Provide support to the IAMVAPMs for business and development/integrationmeetings + Maintain requirements and requirements traceability inJIRAand theGitHubtool + Support development ofIAM EHRMinformationbriefings + SupportIAM
• EHRMfunctionality demonstrations Qualifications Required Skills and Experience + Bachelor's with 8+ years (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education) + Bachelor's degree in businessortechnicaldiscipline.

+ ExperiencewithAgile Methodologies, UML, building Use Cases for and applying testability against requirements and specifications. + Competency in MS Word, MS Excel, MSSharePoint,ServiceNow, GitHub, and JIRA. + Good communications, analytical, and writing skills.

+ Ability to work independently within a team-orientedenvironment Preferred Skills and Experience + Experience with VA Identity and Access Managementidentityfunctionality and integration processes + Familiarity withGit Hub and JIRA + Department of Veteran Affairsexperienceanalyzing business and user needs and translating thoseneeds intorequirements specifications according to VA standards.
