    The Opportunity:

    We are looking for a research associate to join our multidisciplinary team and play an important role in transforming the world. Our team consists of a wide variety of skillsets that traverse materials science, chemistry, engineering, and data/machine learning. We are looking for teammates to aid in the high-throughput synthesis and screening of electrocatalysts. You will contribute to the high-throughput synthesis, characterization, and screening, as well as scaled-up electrolyzer/fuel cell testing of materials. Grow your career alongside our rapidly expanding team and contribute to groundbreaking research that pushes the boundaries of green chemistry and materials science.

    About You:

    Bachelors in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field (M.S. or industry experience is a bonus)

    Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

    Experience in electrochemical testing or research, preferably related to catalysis.

    Experience/background in one or multiple of the following is a significant bonus:

    • (Electro)catalyst development and characterization
    • Membrane electrode assembly/fuel cell/electrolyzer fabrication and testing
    • Nanoparticle synthesis and characterization
    • Nano/microlithography and/or nano/microfabrication
    • Analytical chemistry techniques and characterization (mass spec, microscopy, chromatography, etc.)
    • High-throughput experimentation
    • Microfluidics/micro-electrochemistry
    • Data analysis and management
