    Description

    Amotec Inc. is searching for a Project Manager candidate for a contract job with our client developing a new product. This candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of resources, timelines, costs, means and methods, and aspects of risk for a new product launch in the manufacturing industry. This will entail working with external vendors and involve the development of new components, fabrication, prototypes, test procedures, and validation.

    Responsibilities

    • Set project timeline
    • Monitor project deliverables
    • Knowledge and experience in project management techniques including use of PM software.
    • Experience in cost analysis, specifically target costing.
    • Knowledgeable about the different manufacturing processes involved in the fabrication of the solar racks.
    • Experience with process improvement, manufacturing engineering, and inventory control Advanced time management and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office in general
    • Excellent client-facing communication skills
    • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
    • Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • Strong business acumen in project planning and management
    • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
