Health Care Plan- Medical, Dental & Vision-Paid Time Off – Vacation & Federal Holidays-The Janitor will be responsible for the cleanliness of communal spaces, restrooms, workspaces, and outside areas as assigned and performs a variety of duties that involve sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting and polishing of surfaces and floors; removing trash; re-stocking supplies; and cleaning restrooms. Work takes place 60 miles off coast on San Nicholas Island-Key Responsibilities-Clean spaces, floor surfaces, and fountains/sinks/kitchen/coffee mess areas to ensure they are clean and sanitary-return furniture and other items moved during performance to its original position-Collect
and dispose of items placed adjacent to waste containers
and marked TRASH or similar-
