- Perform tasks like trash removal, bulb replacement, appliance installation, and general punch item repairs. Ensure homes pass inspections for new move-ins.
- Review punch list items and coordinate with subcontractors to complete necessary repairs and touch-ups.
- Perform carpentry work to repair or install items such as trim, doors, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Ability to read a tape measure, may have to lift up to 50+ lbs, use of power drills and tools, self-motivator, work part of a team, minimum 3 years verifiable experience for anything higher than a helper.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Prior experience in the commercial field required
