Description

We are currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team!

Joining us means becoming part of a company that places high value on its team members, as they play a crucial role in helping us achieve our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Setting up the station for service following restaurant guidelines
Preparing food items in a sanitary and efficient manner
Adhering to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards
Restocking items as needed during shifts and conducting post-service inventory
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of stations with a focus on safety and sanitation
Properly utilizing and caring for station equipment
Assisting in kitchen, cooler, and storage area cleaning and organization
Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by the Chef or Sous Chef

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
Comprehensive knowledge of professional cooking techniques and food handling
Familiarity with safety and sanitation protocols
Previous experience as a prep or line cook
Strong communication skills
