- Support the Production Supervisor in daily shift activities to maintain Niagara's safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with the previous shift to address any challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs for safety, cleanliness, and quality compliance.
- Assist in mineral batching and line preparations for scheduled changeovers.
- Inspect and order raw materials before changeovers to ensure accurate inventories.
- Verify job accuracy in systems and assist in production reporting.
- Use Efficiency Improvement Tools to address line downtime effectively.
- Adhere strictly to company and plant safety protocols and food safety standards.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.
- Maintain regular attendance, as it is crucial to this role.
- Be willing to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule based on production demand.
