Description

Summary

About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the Materiel Fielding and Training Directorate.

This is a TERM Not To Exceed 13 Months position. It is time-limited and may be extended up to a maximum of eight years.

Duties

Monitor statuses and completed work to ensure that supervisors instructions on work priorities, methods, deadlines, and quality have been met.
Prepare reports; maintain records of work accomplishments and administrative information.
Assess team strengths and weaknesses and provide leadership to the to the team in exploring alternatives and determined what improvements can be made.
Oversee training development, advising, and mentoring instructors on various systems and sub-systems.
Leads the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and occupational specialization.
Coaches the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques, provide advice on work methods, practices and procedures.
Assist the team and/or individual members in identifying the parameters of a viable solution.
