Job summary
The position reports to the Greenville Assistant Campus Pastor and is responsible for leading the Kidscoast Ministry at the Greenville Campus.This includes carrying out the vision of the Childrens ministry by leading Kidscoast at the campus level to help children learn about God and who He created them to be,
partnering with parents as primary spiritual leaders of their children by fostering trust, encouragement and shared ownership of each child's faith journey,
overseeing kidscoast operations required to create life transforming opportunities for children and families investing in volunteers,
recruiting developing kidscoast dream team investing in volunteer leaders particularly small group leaders,
learning curriculum provided by kidscoast program coordinator equipping service coordinators small group leadersto implement in children services ensuring all cue sheets printed materials are available.
