    Description

    Project travel takes about 1-2 weeks (3 weeks would be an exception). Travel makes up approx. 50% of your time.

    You will:

    • Be commissioning (dry and wet) the company systems in the field, testing PLC programming (SCADA), and inspecting if needed.
    • Be starting up our biological Emission Control Systems, existing (FRP) tanks, selected pumps, blowers, valves, and instruments and bring the Systems to performance.
    • Train site personnel to get them acquainted with our Systems, so they know how to operate them.
    • Do Factory Accepting Testing at our Suppliers' to ensure they meet the client/company standard of the various system components.
    • Keep up on your administrative responsibilities, such as e.g., Quality Control documents, service logs, and visit reports.
    • Be sharing your field experience per project with the Knowledge Center in the Netherlands.
    • Be based at our office location in North Scottsdale (AZ).

    • A trouble-shooter, able to think outside the box.

    You'll bring

    • Experience as a Field Service Engineer with a college degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
    • Experience with instruments and controls, electrical engineering, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
    • Skills in reading and interpreting basic electrical and mechanical drawings and P&IDs, installation, and/or civil drawings.
    • Strong communication skills to discuss specifics with customers, suppliers, and colleagues, take notes, and (keep track of) changes in various disciplines.
    • A valid driver's license and
    • A willingness to travel.

    Pay range: $65k-$85K
