Description
Job Title: Critical Care (Neuro/Trauma) Registered Nurse (RN)
Company: Bryan Medical Center
The Critical Care RN oversees patients with acute neurological insult/injury, respiratory failure, and multi-system injury. They implement nursing interventions in line with Critical Care Unit protocols, such as ACLS/PALS guidelines, dysrrhythmia assessment, ventilator management, and more.
The Staff RN plays a pivotal role in meeting patient's needs through assessment, care planning, and evaluation. They also supervise support staff and ensure adherence to Nebraska Statute 38.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active RN licensure in Nebraska or compact state, CPR certification, and specialization certification. Prior experience in critical care is advantageous.
