- Full-time role, requiring 35+ hours per week
- Collaboration with on-site educational teams and counselors
- Caseload will primarily consist of elementary school students across multiple grade levels
- Valid North Dakota special education teaching certification
- Master's Degree in Special Education or related field
- Preference for a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an elementary school setting
- Previous exposure to remote services is desirable; comfortable with virtual teaching delivery
- Familiarity with virtual assessment tools and platforms
- Provide direct support tailored to students' individualized education plans (IEPs) and special needs requirements
- Work collaboratively with educators, counselors, and families to devise and execute personalized interventions
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and comprehensive testing to inform instruction and support planning
- Offer timely feedback and recommendations to enhance student progress and development
- Adapt and create resources to meet the diverse learning needs of students with special needs
