- 40 hours a week for 5 days
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Utilize company CRM to identify potential referral sources, generate leads, create a consistent sales pipeline with daily/weekly routing, and document all client interactions.
- Develop and execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins.
- Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers.
- Responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships.
- Make direct client contact when referral received in person or by phone to ensure patient has clear understanding of home health services.
- Sales experience in Home Health or Hospice Sales
- 3 years or more
- AZ Fingerprint clearance card
- Valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Negative TB Test Result
- Covid19 Vaccination Record
- Flu Shot
- Hep B test result
- Immunizations (TDaP, MMR, Varicella)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Requires field work
- Preferably living in the East valley of Maricopa County
- Ability to utilize the company CRM.
- Knowledge of the territory and established healthcare contacts in the community.
- Evidence of achieving established sales goals within 90 days probationary period.
