    The Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Change Management Expert to join our Finance SAP Center Of Excellence (CoE).

    This role involves working closely with SAP Business Champions and end-users to ensure smooth transitions, effective user adoption, and optimal utilization of the SAP platform.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP, change management principles, and a passion for enhancing user experience and efficiency.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of SAP solutions, that optimize end-to-end processes, and leverage best practices to support Genmab's strategic objectives.

    This person will be based out of Princeton, NJ and will be onsite 60% of the time.

    Responsabilities
    Working closely and in collaboration with the Finance and IT&D SAP CoE teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of SAP changes
    Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that support the adoption of SAP solutions within all Genmab lines of business, focusing on user engagement and satisfaction
    Mentor a team of Finance SAP Business Champions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across functional teams
    Design and deliver targeted training programs and materials to enhance user competency and confidence in using SAP solutions
    Identify, train, and support Finance SAP Champions within the business to act as liaisons between the SAP CoE and end-users, ensuring effective communication and feedback loops
    Monitor and report on the progress of SAP adoption and process improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in SAP usage

    Requirments

    Moreover, you meet the following professional requirements:
    Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP change management, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
    Proven track record of managing SAP champions and enhancing user experience.
    Deep understanding of finance processes and how they are supported by SAP, with a focus on standardization and best practices
    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team of SAP Business Champions
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across different levels of the organization
    Ability to navigate complex change processes and drive adoption of new technologies and processes
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
    Strong communication skills - both oral and written

    For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows:

    $91, $153,125.00

    The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
