We invite you to join us at Take 5 Oil Change as a Shop Manager. As a leader of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and training new crew members,Responsibilities
- Recruiting interviewing onboarding and training new crew members
- Creating crew schedules submitting payroll controlling inventory placing product orders physically restocking inventory understanding the shop's financials conducting quarterly employee evaluations supporting crew members with duties such as changing oil performing other auto services providing excellent customer service draining motor oil changing oil filters performing other auto services as necessary lifting fifty pounds maneuvering in and out of a shallow three deep pit walking standing bending stooping twisting holding grasping pulling turning having reliable transportation willing to work early hours up to fifty five hours per week on occasion having basic computer operating skills
