Job Description Job Description need 6 people for 5 years, one lead CMR, and 5 CMRs,location: mammoth Village. (yellow Stone national park)Requirements:

Knowledge of and experience with construction practices including:
reading and enforcing adherence to plans and specifications, construction contracts, applicable building codes, construction estimating, construction scheduling, engineering design, QualityAssurance/Construction Inspections, managing and overseeing the work of other CMR employees.(2) Must be capable of producing technical documents including producing meeting minutes, writing scopes of work, and writing technical memos regarding construction and engineering topics.(3) Ability to supervise the work of construction contractors including reviewing construction schedules, labor, and coordination to meet the needs of the project.(4) Prior experience working with Government Project Managers/ CORs on processing change requests, requests for information, submittals and field observation reports.(5) Prior experience with security protection measures required by Government agencies.(6) Knowledge of construction computer programs such as Primavera Project Planner (P3) Schedules, RMS or other construction estimating software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and the Internet for the transmission of digitally processed photos and administrative communications.(7) Ability to work in a highly visible location incorporating site safety and safety of the public and minimize construction related adverse impacts to natural and cultural resources.(8) People and communication skills
This may be achieved by a 4+ year Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or other related field from an ABET accredited engineering college or university with a minimum of 4 or more years of relevant construction/engineering work experience, OR a minimum of 8 years of appropriate experience in construction/engineering related positions with increasing responsibility and oversight.
