Job Description

We are looking for a full-time or part-time, in-person Resort Groundskeeper.

You will handle linen duties and handle upkeep of the exterior property according to regulatory standards.

What you will do:

• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly checklists for property upkeep
• Perform various cleaning tasks in common areas daily
• Strip and deliver linen
• Move furniture and appliances for thorough cleaning
• Lift and move furniture as needed
• Be responsible for landscaping, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
• Pool upkeep such as cleaning pools, pool decks, and the pool pump room
• Washing trash cans and vacuuming elevator tracks as needed
• Keep cleaning stations clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Monitor and replenish the Groundskeeper stations
• Adhere to health and safety rules
• Maintain and ensure equipment works properly such as vacuums and landscaping equipment
• Address complaints with professionalism and patience
• Report notable property issues and damages to management as needed
• Record and submit daily duties to management at the end of each shift

What you must bring:

• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• 1+ years of experience in a cleaning role, hospitality role, or equivalent

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Fall & Winter Schedule: Flexible days, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Spring & Summer Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
