    Are you a Controls Engineer seeking an exciting opportunity to collaborate on innovative projects? We're partnering with a leading global retailer in search of a Controls Automation Engineer to join their dynamic team.

    Role Overview:

    In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in transforming concepts into reality by working alongside diverse cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include integrating conveyor control solutions, automated material handling equipment, and autonomous vehicles. You'll also be responsible for creating and maintaining electrical schematic drawings and developing controls system software.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

    • Integrate conveyor control solutions and automated material handling equipment.

    • Create and maintain electrical schematic drawings.

    • Develop and debug controls system software.

    • Provide technical expertise in controls and electrical engineering.

    • Offer on-site commissioning support and perform necessary electrical field wiring.

    • Up to 30-40% travel required.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic and Structured Text.

    • Experience with PLC Programming on Rockwell Platforms Studio 5000/RSLogix5000.

    • Familiarity with programming material handling systems.

    • Proficiency in Schematic Design using AutoCAD.

    • Capability to assist in equipment commissioning.

    • Familiarity with commissioning VFDs, PLCs, Remote, Barcode Scanners, and establishing communications via Ethernet IP, Device Net, and Profibus communication protocols.

    Responsibilities include:

    - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to integrate conveyor control solutions, automated material handling equipment, and autonomous vehicles.

    - Crafting and maintaining electrical schematic drawings.

    - Developing and troubleshooting control system software using ladder logic and ST.

    - Providing technical expertise in controls and electrical engineering.

    - Offering on-site commissioning support and performing necessary electrical field wiring as required.

    - This role involves up to 30-40% travel.

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Controls Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in control systems engineering and PLC programming.

    - Proficiency in programming languages such as Ladder Logic and Structured Text.

    - Essential experience with PLC Programming on Rockwell Platforms Studio 5000/ RSLogix5000.

    - Preferably, familiarity with programming material handling systems like conveyors, sorters, and MDRs.

    - Proficiency in Schematic Design using AutoCAD.

    - Capability to assist in equipment commissioning, including wiring and occasional installation.

    - Familiarity with commissioning VFDs, PLCs, Remote, Barcode Scanners, and establishing communications via Ethernet IP, Device Net, and Profibus communication protocols.
