    :

    The Project Manager serves as project liaison and is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

    Acts as point of contact for existing and new customers in the designated market
    Responsible for all aspects of the projects including maintaining and increasing revenue objectives
    Prepare RFB and Project Bids
    Solicit new customers and bid opportunities within market area
    Manage project/work order development from initiation to closure
    Be accountable for project results
    Work with Field Supervisors and Coordinators to manage project/work orders, scopes, goals, required resources, budget and timing
    Complete work cost estimates and structure, work with coordinators on billing, invoicing and WIP
    Provide customers with schedules and timelines
    Clearly communicate expectations to team members
    Resolve any issues and problems throughout project
    Effectively manage project scope by ensuring completion of change orders to document and approve changes
    Recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources and sub-contractors
    Track, report and provide status to customers
    Responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to all team members
    Responsible for developing tools, procedures, and best practices for all team members
    Responsible for evaluating and assessing results of projects and work orders

    Requirements:

    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or related field preferred. A combination of experience and education will be considered.

    Experience:
    2-4 years of project management in a telecommunications setting and related experience.

    Required Licenses or Certifications:
    Operators License, OSHA-10 preferred, PMP Certification preferred
