Duties and Responsibilities

Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
Prepare and plate dishes in an enticing manner
Collaborate effectively with team members
Monitor and replenish inventory as needed
Adhere to all food safety guidelines
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work area, including dishwashing duties
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Perform any additional tasks delegated by the head chef or management

Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
Possession of a ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
Strong time management abilities
Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role, such as prolonged standing and lifting weights of up to 40 pounds
