- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that aligns with brand identity and resonates with our target audience.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments/messages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze social media metrics and performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports to track the progress and effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media and digital marketing to continuously optimize strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with other marketing activities and projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years working in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the Staffing Industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
