    Job Description:
    As an Entry-Level Data Administrator/Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in our data-driven journey. You'll work closely with our operations team to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Your insights will directly influence strategic decisions and contribute to the overall success of the company.


    Responsibilities:

    • Input daily team KPI's to assist operations managers.
    • Input payroll daily / weekly to assist operations managers.
    • Batch & Post Invoices & PO's daily to assist operations managers.
    • Collaborate with operations & accounting teams to identify data requirements and sources.
    • Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Perform exploratory data analysis to discover trends, patterns, and outliers.
    • Assist in creating visually engaging reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
    • Contribute to the development of data models and analytical frameworks.
    • Support the implementation of data-driven strategies to optimize business processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred but not mandatory (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.).
    • Proficient with Excel
    • Strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data.
    • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
