We are currently seeking a System Engineer – MSP (Tier 2/3) candidate to be part of a growing MSP. You will join a team of trained and certified technicians, engineers, and customer service representatives. The System Engineer – MSP (Tier 2/3) will provide day-to-day support to clients implementing projects and deploying new technologies.

The System Engineer – MSP (Tier 2/3) will be responsible for modernizing infrastructures, accessing and building out networks, supporting escalated support, and delivering exceptional IT solutions.

The System Engineer – MSP (Tier 2/3) will have experience working for an IT Managed Service Provider. Working with Window Servers, Cisco, and virtualization technologies is highly encouraged to apply.

You must be willing to travel to client sites and provide end-to-end solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, including PCs, Switches, Routers, Internet, E-mail, etc.

Managed Service Provider Experience REQUIRED
Design and deploy servers in on-premises and cloud environments, using VMWare, Microsoft Server 2012/2016/2019, and Microsoft Azure
Installation and configuration of Cisco Meraki Switches and Firewalls
Serve as the top tier of escalation for complex server and network issues
Define blueprint designs for business technology initiatives, both internal and client-facing
Provide on-site support to client's end-users and engineers
Ticketing system experience (ConnectWise)
1+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, Rackspace, or other cloud-based technologies.
Prior expertise with Microsoft Exchange M365, SQL Server, Citrix and/or Microsoft Terminal Server, Virtualization (Azure, VMware, Hyper-V), and SAN
Experience migrating multiple customers from on-prem to hybrid cloud
MS Office 365 administration with domain synchronization
Salary $70k – $80k
