    Coordinate all aspects of a product or service offering for a client from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagement. Interact extensively with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams.

    Project is typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improve customer satisfaction through the use of technology.

    Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests.

    Oversee schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.

    Minimum Requirements

    6 years of post-bachelor's experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain, retail store system, or software organization, including implementing enhancements to software based on client specifications

    Education Requirements

    Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field.

    Principal Duties And Responsibilities

    May work at client site from time to time
    Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams

    Scope of Impact/Degree of Independence –

    Independently performs assignments to achieve stated objective.
    Determines and develops approach to solutions.
    Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
    May be responsible for entire projects having modest scope/impact or portions of projects having considerable scope/impact.

    Errors in judgment or failure to achieve objectives would typically result in noticeable project delays and material expenditure of resources to rectify.

    Uses judgment and discretion to determine work priorities, receiving little instruction from others.

    Problem Complexity/Decision Making Authority -

    Resolves complex problems where the issues are difficult to identify and facts may be insufficient or misleading.
    Employs creative and innovative thinking to bring successful resolution to high-impact, complex problems.
    Approves basic changes to project scope.

    Client Relationship Skills –


    Serves as the liaison between MA and client, with day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that the clients achieve quality products and timely services.

    Requires regular contact with client.
