- Provide inpatient and outpatient Gastrointestinal care
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopies and colonoscopies
- Supervise and mentor gastroenterology fellows and medicine residents assigned to the gastroenterology and hepatology service
- Partake in shared weekend and evening call coverage for gastroenterology services at H+H/Kings County and SUNY Downstate Medical Center
- Academic appointment at SUNY Downstate Medical Center
- Applicants with an interest in motility are encouraged to applyQualifications
- Current licensed NY State registration (or the ability to obtain one)
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Graduate from approved Medical School

Kings County is located in the East Flatbush/Prospect-Lefferts section of Brooklyn, close to the 2 and 5 subways. Our patients are diverse, with the majority being Afro-Caribbean. Most of our patients are native English speakers. Knowledge of French/Haitian Creole is helpful, but not required. Responsibilities
