    Pay Range:
    $100k/year to $150k/year plus bonuses

    Work Hours:

    7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, some weekends required as needed

    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee all aspects of operations, including maintenance and repair services. Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians, support staff, and managers. Foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
    Maintain high standards of customer service, address client concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
    Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
    Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency.

    Education/Experience/Qualifications:
    10 plus years of experience in industrial refrigeration service, maintenance, and repair
    5 plus years of management experience
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
    Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    Proficiency with MS Office Suite
    Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives and drive growth
