- Notices from organization are sent from this team, process about 1 million notices, renewal notices, drop notices, every communication related to gas, power, residential are processed by this team
- QC notices to make sure everything looks correct according to templates and be compliant.
- Using template in SharePoint to ensure notices are correct.
- Use Connect
- Testing and writing documentation for QC process.
- Create additional templates for notices.
- Reporting out on their findings (tweaking or changes?)
- Create email notices with PP7/Connect (use both apps)
- QCing using systems, work with Access and PowerBI, pull large sets of information, heavy Excel.
- Previous person had HTML/CSS, javascript, SQL (Coding experience)
- Min bachelor's and 5 years experience

Job Title:Quality Analyst
Contractor Work Location: Houston, TX
Job Description: QC of outbound files for anomalies, testing and documenting processes for improvement needs. Strong technical skills with SQL, coding (software development of internal applications - working with the vendors to update applications). Examples of applications: Connect (for print and email notices)
All customer communications go through the team and this contractor will create the templates that are sent to customers based on triggers.
This contractor will QC letters and documentation that go out to customers.
Will test and write test cases for the QC process related to the documents.
Ideally the chosen candidate will have prior experience with the Connect application as well as SQL.
Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 5 years experience
Location: Hybrid; should plan to be in the office at least 2 times per month
