Job summary
The Package Handler will be responsible for efficiently managing the receipt, storage, and delivery of packages and mail for a high-end residential condominium community.This position plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering excellent customer service to full-time residents.
Responsibilities
- Receive and log deliveries of packages, mail, and other deliveries for residents into the property management system.
- Notify residents of incoming packages and facilitate the timely and accurate delivery of items.
- Store packages securely in designated areas, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible for retrieval.
- Deliver packages to residents' units or assist them in picking up items from the storage area.
