    Job Summary:

    Prepares and leads staff in providing beverages and products for customers. Applies substantial knowledge and experience to perform a wide range of advanced activities and/or determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Serves as working supervisor for team or work group. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. Conducts and oversees the sale of beverages and food products.

    Job Requirements:

    Education and Work Experience:
    • High School Education/GED or equivalent: Preferred
    • Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred
    • Five years' technical experience: Preferred
    Licenses/Certifications:
    • SERV Safe certification or equivalent: Preferred
    Essential Functions:
    • Completes and oversees staff in preparing customer orders. Provides guidance to staff within the latitude of established work area and policies. Maintains and ensures a clean working environment and follows safety requirements. Oversees and performs opening and closing duties.
    • Ensures accurate identification of food through labeling and dating procedures. Assembles and places food on trays for and delivers trays to customers. Works on assignments that are considerably difficult requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Coordinates work activities.
    • Guides a team, assigns resources, monitors work, develops and administers schedules, and oversees achievement of performance requirements. Provides day-to-day process and people management. Provides guidance to work team. Assists with new employee training and coaching.
    • Collaborates in implementation of new department policies, techniques and instrumentation. Reviews and updates policies and procedures manuals for the department. Assists with the preparation of the department budget.
    • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
