Our client, Cast & Crew, has retained us to identify a Senior Vice President of Finance reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of the company.
We have completed many searches for this company over the last 17 years, including their Chief Financial Officer, Chief People Officer, Vice President of Finance Controller, Vice President of Corporate Development, and the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

This role will have the opportunity to not only influence the vision of Cast & Crew but will also help grow the business through advanced financial modeling and development of business analytics for strategic growth opportunities.
This leader will take a hands-on approach in partnering with the business to drive the right decisions through actionable insights and analyses.
The successful leader must be ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the data, systems, and models, while growing and developing a team.
This is a highly influential role will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and requires a deep passion for operational efficiency and business insights supported by data.

Core Responsibilities
Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function and the development of operating plans, financial objectives and key metrics in partnership with the CFO.
Lead the Sales Operations function including sales pipelines, pricing, volume forecasts and CRM tracking & reporting.Own the forecast, budget and reporting systems, ensuring data integrity
Manage Market Intelligence function and reporting working closely with the Sales team leaders.
Create and manage Business Intelligence function and reporting working closely with the Technology team and business leaders.
Create a culture of FP&A excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner on financial matters, providing guidance and assistance to all functional groups.
Partner with the leadership team to help translate business strategies and objectives into financial goals and outcomes.Lead, coach, inspire and drive efficiency in a team of finance professionals maintaining an environment of continual improvement.
Recommend and deliver process improvements and enhanced analytics to drive strategic decisions in support of Cast & Crew's growth targets.
Elevate and scale processes and systems for forecasting and modeling in order to expediently provide financial guidance, support strategic product and growth investments, and drive financial decisions.
Prepare executive presentations and recommendations to executive management and the Board of Directors.Prepare financial reporting including dynamic dashboards, business analyses, KPI reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive executive level variance analysis.
Partner with the Accounting team on monthly financial reporting.Key Qualifications
15+ years of experience with a minimum of 7 years FP&A experience.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent experience - CPA/CFA or MBA a plus
Entertainment production experience a plus.
Advanced understanding of financial statements and accounting.
Proven experience in scaling companies, driving change and supporting growing teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Effective and persuasive in leading change, applying business acumen, company values, while demonstrating the emotional intelligence that inspires others.
Builds collaborative relationships across various partners and influences senior stakeholders.
Must demonstrate a deep familiarity with financial accounting, modeling, and analysis.
Proven customer analytic skills and the proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, investors, customers, and vendors.
