    Responsibilities:
    • Product testing: investigative, verification, regression
    • Develop and execute test cases and test plans
    • Working respectfully in Jira and Slack
    • Work as a team member
    • Review and analyze system specifications
    • Perform tests for the cloud, browser, mobile, and devices
    • Troubleshoot escalated issues
    Requirements and skills:
    • 3+ years experience testing software: feature, regression, scale, or load
    • Experience with test management tools, Zephyr Scale or others
    • Effective communications with detail and examples
    • Creativity and being a self-starter
    • Experience coding/scripting or writing automated tests
    • Able to work with APIs
    • Good understanding of networks
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
    • Comfortable working with complex systems
    Beneficial skills:
    • Able to effectively write test/tool code (Bash, Javascript, python, etc)
    • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, SSH.
    • Experience professionally installing access control, security camera or alarm systems.
    • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
    Experience and Education:
    • High school education or pursuing a bachelor's degree or greater in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, related field, or working towards such a degree or equivalent experience.
    Travel Requirement:
    • Traveling less than 5% of the time.
    Work Location:
    • Our company office in Draper Utah.

    • Salary depending on skill and experience, starting at $75,000 annually
