- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
- Communicate with clients to ensure project goals and expectations are met
- Coordinate and oversee contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular onsite inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage project documentation, timelines, and progress reports
- Anticipate and address project issues and challenges
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and developments
- Ensure projects adhere to all legal, safety, and environmental requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals
- Knowledge of legal, safety, and environmental regulations
- Willingness to travel and work on remote sites if necessary
