    Job DescriptionJob Title: Business Development Executive AssistantWe are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role requires the ability to multitask effectively and contribute to the success of business development initiatives.Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the business development team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, agenda preparation, and arranging travel logistics.
    • Proposal Preparation: Assist in the creation of project proposals, presentations, and other documents required for business development activities.
    • Database Management: Accurately enter leads into the CRM. Maintain and update databases of clients, prospects, and business contacts, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
    • Contract Review: Meticulously review agreements for completeness and accuracy prior to execution and archiving, promptly alerting BD Representatives when contracts deviate from policy.
    • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business development team and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.
    • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating events, conferences, and networking activities to promote business development initiatives.
    • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience (4+ years) in an administrative or support role, preferably in business development or sales is required.
    • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are essential.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling data, documentation, and correspondence.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.

    Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000
