Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Treat customers and teammates with respect, provide knock-your-socks-off experiences, and educate customers on the value of our services.
Work Safely & Sustainably: Operate vehicles responsibly, load and transport items with care, and partner with community organizations to recycle and donate whenever possible.
Take Ownership & Drive Growth: Make smart operational decisions on the job, help maintain trucks and equipment, and support marketing and continuous improvement efforts to build lasting customer relationships.
- Excellent communication & positive attitude
- Safety-first mindset
- Ability to use technology in the field & cell phone
- Valid driver's license and good motor vehicle record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Clean background check
Compensation: $ $28.00 per hour
