- Administrative support such as answering phones, direct calls, email correspondence, etc.
- Act as a point of contact for visitors and employees
- Maintain and update records in databases
- General clerical duties including, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- *Additional duties as needed and directed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred
- 1+ years of admin experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
