    Our client, a well-established company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to start right away. This position will be located on site in the White Plains office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administrative support such as answering phones, direct calls, email correspondence, etc.
    • Act as a point of contact for visitors and employees
    • Maintain and update records in databases
    • General clerical duties including, photocopying, scanning, and filing
    • *Additional duties as needed and directed

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields preferred
    • 1+ years of admin experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Organizational skills
